User responsibility
Lyrics, musical compositions, arrangements, chord sheets, recordings, artwork, and related materials may be protected by copyright. Access to Lyricscroll does not include a license to use third-party works. Your rights may depend on the work, your location, your organization, and the way the material is used.
Rights-holder requests
A complete removal request should identify the protected work, identify the Lyricscroll content or location at issue, provide the requester's contact details, explain the requester's authority, and include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
Include enough detail for the material to be located and evaluated. False or incomplete notices may delay review.
What happens next
Lyricscroll may request more information, restrict access to disputed material, notify the affected user, or take other reasonable action. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account restrictions where permitted by applicable law and the Terms.
