Using Lyricscroll

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and follow the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your email, device, and sign-in methods.

Your content

You keep ownership of songs, setlists, notes, and other content you submit. You give Lyricscroll a limited permission to host, reproduce, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide features you request, such as backup, sync, sharing, live sessions, and export.

You must have the rights needed to upload, display, share, perform, or export content. Lyricscroll does not grant you rights to third-party lyrics, compositions, arrangements, or recordings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lyricscroll to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; scrape the service at scale; or misrepresent affiliation with Lyricscroll.

Availability and changes

Lyricscroll may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Cloud, sync, sharing, or export features may occasionally be unavailable. Keep an appropriate backup and prepare a fallback before a live performance.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Lyricscroll is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lyricscroll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or performance materials. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and follow the Account Deletion guidance for a cloud-connected account.
